1. Personal data provided by Customers are processed in accordance with the Customer’s permit and legal requirements, including in particular the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 1997.133.883, as amended). The personal data of Customers are stored on servers where the data are fully protected. The databases are only accessible to authorised employees of the Shop.
2. Data of the Customers are collected mainly to create an individual account in the shop on www.genetics-nutritional.com. They are also used to enter into and perform a sales agreement (shipment address) and for the purpose of complaint proceedings, if any. The Shop does not share, sell or lend the personal data provided by the Customers with or to third parties, unless with the Customer’s explicit consent or at the Customer’s request or at a request of lawfully authorised public authorities in connection with pending proceedings.
3. Within the meaning of the Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws No 1997.133.883, as amended) the Data Controller is A&A INVEST sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Katowice, ul. Chorzowska 73A, 40-101 Katowice, entered in the register of companies kept by the District Court for East Katowice in Katowice, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register in Katowice, under the number 0000538994, statistical ID (REGON) 360564749, VAT number (NIP) 6342834303.
4. The personal data of Customers are stored on protected servers. The data are accessible to selected employees. The data storage location and method are to ensure full security.
5. All Customers that provided their personal data have full access to verify or modify their data and can request that the data are deleted. Having logged in their individual account, Customers may also supplement and edit their data.
6. The Shop also uses cookies. These files are recorded in the Customer’s computer by the Shop server. They provide statistical data about the Customer’s activities to tailor the Shop’s offer to the Customer’s individual needs and tastes. The Customer may disable cookies in the Internet browser at any time.
7. The Shop sends advertising and promotional materials to Customers solely with their consent. This applies in particular to a newsletter sent to Customers who agreed to receive a newsletter about existing promotions, discounts and novelties of the Shop. Such materials only cover the Shop’s offer.
